Privacy

The short version

Constellate is a personal reflection made by one person. It is a mirror, not a data business. We collect only what the experience needs, we never sell it, and you can walk away with it or wipe it whenever you like.

What we collect

• Your name and email — only if you choose to save a reading. These let you return to your own history and receive your portrait.
• Your answers and the reading they produce — the choices you make and the constellation and words they generate.
• Basic, anonymous usage signals — that a reading started and finished, and which link brought you here (for example, a shared post). This carries no name or email and is used only to understand how the site is found and whether it works.

Your reading history is also kept in your own browser, and — only if you tick the box — a copy in your own Google Drive, which only you control.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We never collect personal information beyond what is listed above.
• Only the site's owner can read what is stored. No other visitor can see your name, email, answers, or portrait.

Cookies and advertising

Constellate itself does not use tracking cookies to follow you around the web. If advertising is shown, it appears only after a reading is finished — never during the questions.

When ads are enabled, they are served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You can also opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices.

Your control

• You can export or permanently delete your local reading history at any time from your history screen.
• To have your saved name, email, and readings removed from the owner's records, email marshalldanman@gmail.com and it will be done.

Children

Constellate is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
